Bespoke Policy

Bespoke Blooms Request
Upon completion of the ‘Bespoke Blooms’ request form, please allow 1-4 business days for a response. You will be advised of a quote and a turn around time for completion of your order. 

Completing the ‘Bespoke Blooms’ request form is a request only and may be denied on the basis of current availability or budget limitations.

Please note that this is a quote and this may not be the final price upon completion.


Deposit
A 50% non refundable deposit (of the quoted amount) is required to secure your order and purchase materials. You will have 24 hours to pay this. The deposit will be applied to your final invoice upon completion.

Design
During the initial discussion of design, colour and floral choices ensure you are being very clear, precise and email through inspiration pictures.  Once your order has been approved and deposit has been paid, you reserve the right for Tallulah and Zane to have ownership of the design and no changes will be made upon completion.

Cancellation
You have 24 hours to cancel your 'Bespoke' order after paying your deposit. Your deposit is to be refunded back into your account (-$20 Admin Fee). After this time, has past unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited.

Turn around time
The turn around time for all 'Bespoke' Orders is 2-6 weeks, sometimes longer during peak periods. These are subject to change at any time. Please allow enough time, to avoid disappointment.

Upon approval of request you will be given a timeframe in which your order will be completed by. This does not include delivery or postage timeframes. Keep this in mind placing your 'Bespoke Bloom' order and allow for delivery times. Tallulah and Zane are not responsible for delays in delivery of your Bespoke order.
